This is a well-loved eight-bedroom, five-bathroom family beach home sitting directly on the ocean, with panoramic Pacific views, a private sandy yard, and room for up to sixteen guests. It's the kind of place built for reunions, multi-family trips and groups who want to stay under one roof.
It isn't a luxury showcase, and we don't pretend otherwise. It's clean, comfortable and full of character, with the honest wear that comes from decades of beachfront summers. Guests choose it for the size, the location and the gathering space.
Step out the back into sand. Watch surfers and dolphins through the day and end every evening around the fire ring as the sun drops into the water.

The sliding glass wall is exactly as advertised — you hear the waves from everywhere in the house. Two kitchens made cooking for a big group painless.
Honest listing: it's a real beach house, not a showroom, and that's why we loved it. Kids in the sand all day, walkable to the Pier and the Village.
