Tamara's place is an 11 out of 10. It was beautiful the minute we walked in. Her place was beautiful. It was peaceful. Couldn't be more grateful to Tamara for her exceptional hospitality. We would stay there again... and again.

Our experience at this rental was unmatched. Tamara's top-tier organization and communication ensured that my fiancee had an incredible 30th birthday with her friends. The view is perfect and exactly as advertised. The two-level floorplan allowed our group plenty of space, while also providing a cozy, at-home feeling. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well-appointed. You will LOVE the community. We could walk down to the beach in less than five minutes (and that's if we're walking slowly). There were no surprises- only the wonderful feeling of realizing that this listing delivered everything that it promised. For the first time in my life, I got to fall alseep and wake up to the sound of waves breaking. Stop looking. This is the one.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It’s hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnb units I’ve ever stayed in. You almost don’t want to leave the unit to go to the beach! Thanks for another wonderful experience!

This property far exceeded our expectations with its gorgeous ocean views from every window and the sound of the waves so close by! The condominium is beautifully renovated and decorated and the host, Tamara takes special care to provide everything a guest could possibly need whilst staying and she went above and beyond to personalize our visit knowing we were celebrating a special birthday. …. just so thoughtful. We had an absolutely perfect weekend and just wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this property… you will not be disappointed. We will definitely return! 5 star host and 5 star place to stay!

Delightful, superb, fantastic! So hard to choose which adjective to use to describe our stay here. The view is amazing, the condo was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect with easy walk to beach and pier, lush gardens throughout the grounds, and the best donut shop ever (Parlor Donuts). Tamara was excellent! She was easy to contact, very helpful and had perfect instructions for check in and check out. Definitely a wonderful experience!

The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed at North Coast Village. The owners have taken the time to make the condo really comfortable. High end products have been used to make the condo look great. We will definitely book this condo for future stays.

The pictures did not do it justice! An absolutely beautiful place with all listed amenities and more. Tammy was very responsive an helpful. The views could not be beat and steps from the strand. We also used the pool, hot tub and grill while we were there and they were all great. Having the master bedroom on the 2nd level of the unit was perfect for a little added privacy. And the upper deck was where we spent a lot of our time. So spacious and comfortable. Having the added touches of the Christmas tree and decor was much appreciated. Will absolutely be back when we are in the area!
